1. Shipping Policy
At Guarded Apparel, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read the information below for details on our shipping options, timescales, and costs.
1.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (BST) may not be processed until the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once it has been dispatched.

1.3 International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
1.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
1.5 Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for the latest update
- Check with neighbours or any safe location your parcel may have been left
- Contact us at contactus@guarded-apparel.com with your order number
We are unable to be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to love your Guarded Apparel purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags still attached
- In its original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
2.2 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contactus@guarded-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely package your item(s), including your RMA number inside the parcel.
- Send your parcel to the address provided in our return instructions using a tracked shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please retain proof of postage until your return has been confirmed. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs

2.4 Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except where the return is due to our error)
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that do not meet our return conditions
2.5 Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the return process above and clearly state the item you would like in exchange. If the replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
2.6 Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contactus@guarded-apparel.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photographs of the damage or fault
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund for faulty goods. We will cover all associated return postage costs in such cases.
